4.  Set the EXPRESSBUILDER CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive, and activate the 

EXPRESSBUILDER. 

5.  When the EXPRESSBUILDER becomes active, activate the Offline Maintenance utility by 

selecting "Tool" from the menu

 " Manage System 

Information." 

6.  When the Offline Maintenance utility becomes active, select "Menu for Maintenance Persons"
