d-3. Run the following command from Command Prompt and move to the folder with
the batch file.
CD-ROM drive:\> cd \WINNT\DOTNET\EN
d-4. Run the following command from Command Prompt for updating the driver.
CD-ROM drive:\WINNT\ DOTNET\EN > N8104103.BAT
d-5. The message of update completion will be displayed.
"[Update of the driver Completion]
Press any key and terminate."
IMPORTANT:
If you have mistakenly manipulated an option board which is not connected, follow the
procedures below. (N8803-031F (Fibre Channel controller) is not described here as there is
no possibility of performing its operations by mistake.)
(Problems) When you performed the operations for disconnected option boards by
mistake, the disconnected option boards are displayed with “!” on [Device
Manager]. (The following is the screen after [Device Manager] is started and
[Device by Connection] from the [View] menu is selected.)
(Remedies) Start [Device Manager] and select [Device by Connection] from the [View]
menu. Then follow the procedures below.
a) Delete the disconnected option boards (device entries enclosed in boxes on
the screen above).
