Installing and Removing Expansion Boards

3. Gently insert the board into an expansion slot. Make
sure the board is securely seated. See Figure 2-17.
4. Secure the board with the bracket screw.
Do not neglect this step. The board uses the screw for
grounding.
To remove an expansion board, follow these steps:
1. Unplug any cables connected to the board.
2.
Remove the bracket screw and pull the board out of
the slot.
3. Secure a bracket cover to the empty slot with the
screw.
