Repair Procedures
Replacing the Fuse
If the heater lamp does not illuminate, the heater remains off, and the blower
does not run while the power is on, you may need to replace the fuse.
Required Items:
1/4-in. nut driver
Replacement fuse (part no. 200021)
To remove the fuse:

Press the power switch to the
OFF
(O) position, then unplug the power cord.

Loosen — but do not remove — the screws inside the door, behind the door stop

Pull out and remove the front panel at the top of the unit.

Remove the fuse(s) from the fuse holder(s).
To install a new fuse:
1
Place the new fuse of the type and rating that is indicated on the fuse
replacement label into the fuse holder.

Slide the fuse holder into place.

Secure the front panel.
4
Test the Warmette for proper operation (see page 2-5).
Removing the Access Panel
To access some internal components for repair (e.g. thermometer), you will need to
remove the access panel. The access panel is located on the left inside wall of the
Warmette.
Required Items:
1/4-in. nutdriver
To remove the front panel:

Remove the screws holding the shelf supports that cover the access panel, then
remove the shelf.

Remove the screws holding the access panel, then remove the access panel
