CONTROLLER FAULT AND CIRCUIT OVERLOAD
If grinder is faulting or circuits are blowing, the machine could be overloaded. This could be due to
individual jobsite power sources and/or variances in jobsite floor surfaces. Always monitor load percent
and make alterations to machine accordingly. Do not run load over 100%.
Always be aware of the load percent while running the machine.
To display the load percent, press the Enter Button on the
controller twice (Figure A).
If display reads over 100 percent (Figure A), the machine is over
loaded.
To take load off the machine, follow one or more of the following:
1. Pull the weights back (Figure B) (8274-one weight each side,
9274- one or two weights each side) or remove completely from
the machine
2. Counter balance machine (take some weight off the head) by angling the handle further back
(Figure C) (extend handle for comfort if necessary)
3. Slow the speed of the machine down by holding the Arrow Down Button (Figure D)
4. Change the grit of the tooling
