10. CONFIGURATION MODE OF THE FOLDING MACHINE
From the main menu of the MP1400 CNC you can choose the latter option, the Configuration Mode option.
By using it, we can make the configuration of general parameters of the press brake, which we will detail
next.
10.1 Inserting the Pasword
Because the setup menu of the machine gives access to a number of parameters that could be called criti-
cal, it is necessary to enter a word or Password Access. This measure will prevent unauthorized personnel
mismatch our tool.
The password that must be entered is 44223311. Then press the key.
After entering a correct password the setup menu will appear with five options.
These are as follows:
10.2. Correction of the ram
Selecting this option gives access to online correction of ram, or what is the same, it llows us to indicate the
exact position 0 of the linear encoder of the MP1400 CNC.
