Set up parameter
Settings menu works for each scope unit if 2
nd
unit is connected to
the station unit. Press the
Channel tab
to select each scope unit.
Set the recommended parameter values for corresponding to cell
line. The default value is
A (Bright mode only).
Sensitivity :
Refers to the contrast of the objects from the background. The
increased sensitivity provides better recognition of fainter objects
in the Bright mode.
Background level:
The decreased background level provides better recognition of
fainter objects in Bright mode.
· Press the Protocol button to create the new protocol or edit existing one.
