· The graph shows each counting results by the fluorescence intensity. The set-value
will be immediately reflected in the
Counting results.
6. The cell counting result will be shown with the cell size &
distribution graph. If you are not satisfied with the result, then try
again after adjusting the minimum, the maximum cell size, and the
fluorescence intensity.
