acHiNe iNformatioN
The machine can memorize a series of codes which will
identify it when retrieving statistics.
More specifically the following can be stored:
6-digit operator code;
-
8-digit vending machine code which identifies the
-
machine.

NstallatioN Date
This function is used to store the current date of system,
if set correctly, as installation date.
The date is printed when retrieving the statistics.

acHiNe coDe
This function is used for changing the 8-digit numeric
code identifying the machine (set to 00000000 by de -
fault).
o
perator coDe
This function is used for changing the 6-digit numeric
code identifying groups of machines (set to 000000 by
default).

NitialisiNg
this function is used for initialising the machine, select-
ing the “country” (intended as configuration type) and the
language, restoring all related default data.
This function should be used in the event of a memory
data error or when the software version is replaced/up -
dated.
All statistic information will be reset.

“Confirm?” is displayed. Press the confirm button

again and the message “Working” is displayed for a few
seconds.
EvadtS codES
The EVADTS (European Vending Association Data
Transfer System) communication protocol has two codes
for identifying the machine and for recognising the data
transfer terminal:

ass coDe
It is a four-digit alphanumeric code (0-9; A-F) that must
be the same as the one in the data transfer terminal to
allow its identification.

and the code is displayed as
“0000” regardless of the actual value; then press the cor -
rection button

and the first digit will start blinking.
Using the scrolling buttons, its value can be changed
(during the change operation the value becomes visible).

to go to the next digit.
Press the confirm button

and the next digit starts
blinking.
Press the confirm button
�
after changing the fourth
digit; the value is stored and the display indicates “0000”
again.

ecUrity coDe
It is a further alphanumeric code for reciprocal recogni -
tion between machine and EVADTS terminal.
Programming works as in the “Pass” code.

coNNectioN
When activating this function, the machine awaits the
connection with a device to acquire the EVADTS statis -
tics.
evaDts
protocol
this function is used for selecting the communication
protocol to be used (DDCMP or DEX/UCS) for communi -
cation with the data acquisition device.

oDe
For selecting the communication interface to be used
with the data transfer terminal.

“ALWAYS EVADTS”: for communication with data ac

quisition and transmission (e.g. telemetry)

For setting the communication speed to be used, be -

“ENHANCED”: the communication speed is set auto -
