Troubleshooting

Disassembling/Replacement Procedure

- Must be performed by a technician -

Remove the MAINT DOOR C on Station 4 (green) using the service key.

Remove the PS COVER and PS BASE. For details, see “7-3-3 SWITCHING REGULATOR” on

page 60.

Unscrew the four pan head screws with washers (M4 x 6) and disconnect the three harness

connectors from the LIFTING MOTOR DRIVE PC BOARD to remove the LIFT BRACKET B.

Unscrew the two set screws (double points) (M4 x 6) to remove the coupling hub.

Unscrew the four pan head screws with washers (M5 x 12) to replace the LIFTING MOTOR.

Unscrew the four pan head screws with washers (M3 x 6) to replace the LIFTING MOTOR DRIVE

PC BOARD with red mark.
