7. Troubleshooting

7-3-3 SWITCHING REGULATOR

Station 4 (green)
Remove the MAINT DOOR C on Station 4 (green) using the service key.
Unscrew the pan head screw with washers (M4 x 8) to remove the PS COVER.
Unscrew the four pan head screws with washers (M4 x 8) and disconnect five harness connectors
to remove the PS BASE with the switching regulators still secured to it.
Unscrew the two pan head screws with washers (M3 x 6) and disconnect the two connectors for
the 5 V SWITCHING REGULATOR, the four pan head screws with washers (M4 x 8) and the
seven terminal screws for the 12 V SWITCHING REGULATOR, and the four pan head screws with
washers (M3 x 8) and disconnect the three connectors for the 24 V SWITCHING REGULATOR
to replace each regulator.
