7. Troubleshooting

Before checking for a malfunction, first make sure that all the connectors are
connected securely.

code
Error indication Error name Cause Solution
001 DOOR OPEN Door open
A door is open.
Close the door to recover from
the error.
DOOR SENSOR failure.
Replace the DOOR SENSOR.

002 TILT Tilt error The machine was shaken.
When an error occurs, the
machine automatically recovers.
An on/off setting for the auto
recovery option is available on the
TILT menu. (See page 34.)
003 DISC-POSI Disk stop error
The balls jammed.
When an error occurs, the
machine retries operation and
automatically recovers.
An on/off setting for the retrial
option is available on the DISC
RETRY menu. (See page 35.)
If the machine does not recover,
remove the jammed balls.
The URETHANE ROLLER is
slipping.
Tighten the screws on the
ROLLER MOTOR BRACKET A
and push the roller firmly against
the disc. (See page 101.)
TABLE DIRVE MOTOR
failure. Replace the TABLE DIRVE
MOTOR. (See page 67.)
004 DISC-ORI Disc origin detection error
The balls jammed.
When an error occurs, the
machine retries operation and
automatically recovers.
An on/off setting for the retrial
option is available on the DISC
RETRY menu. (See page 35.)
Remove the jammed balls.
The URETHANE ROLLER is
slipping.
Tighten the screws on the
ROLLER MOTOR BRACKET A
and push the roller firmly against
the disc. (See page 101.)
TABLE DIRVE MOTOR
failure. Replace the TABLE DIRVE
MOTOR. (See page 67.)
