7. Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

Disassembling/Replacement Procedure

- Must be performed by a technician -

Open the MAINT DOOR A or the the MAINT DOOR C on the station that needs a replacement

illuminated switch and remove the two pan head screws with washers (M4 x 8) that secure the
control panel assembly.

Open the acrylic door assembly of the station that needs a replacement ILLUMINATED SWITCH.

Loosen the two pan head screws with washers (M4 x 25), and then lift and pull out the control

panel assembly.

Disconnect the harness connector and remove the control panel assembly.

Disconnect the harness connector and turn the ILLUMINATED SWITCH to replace it.

Pull off the LAMP to replace it.
