1. Check if the power socket and wiring are in good condition, and if the power
socket is charged.
2. Is the power switch in poor contact.
3. Check the fuse, if it is broken, please replace the backup fuse.
4. If it cannot be ruled out, please contact our company's maintenance
personnel.
Sudden stop
during machine
operation
1. Exceeding the maximum rated speed of the rotor.
2. Once the rotor speed exceeds the rated speed of the rotor by more than
450r/min, the overspeed alarm will take effect. At this point, it is necessary to
wait for the machine to stop before resetting the speed.
3. Exceeding the set speed of the rotor.
4. When the motor overheats, the internal power supply of the machine is cut
off, and the machine stops running.
5. If none of the keyboard panels display, please check the power supply system
of the machine.
6. The voltage may be too low, check if the power supply voltage meets the
regulations.
The door won't
open
1. The rotor has not stopped rotating and the door should not open.
2. Check the door lock assembly.
3. Check the electrical wiring of the door lock.
4. Open the door manually.
5. If it cannot be ruled out, please contact our company's maintenance
personnel.
High machine
vibration
1. The rotor has exceeded the critical speed, and some machine vibrations
are normal.
2. Check if the rotor is locked tightly.
3. Check the symmetry of the rotor load and the level of the machine.
4. Check if the rotor is properly installed.
5. Check the transmission shaft and rotate it by hand. If it cannot rotate
smoothly, there may be a problem with the transmission shaft or motor,
If it cannot be ruled out, please contact our company's maintenance
personnel.
After the power

1. The power supply is not connected, check the power distribution.
2. The PCB board and power socket fuse are broken, please have a professional
replace the fuse.
3. If it cannot be ruled out, please contact our company's maintenance
personnel.
