ID setting:
For non-dip switched NVM-550MB/MC ID settings can be done only when CENTRAL UNIT is SETUP MODE and function LED is Green ; ID instructions should
be entered from monitor keypad. All monitors are defined by 1st and 2nd ID groups.
1st ID: defines flat number
2nd ID: Slave IDs which are used when slave monitors are used in one flat. This ID value must be set to “1” if there is no slave monitor.
Example: ID settings for 3 flats;
1st Monitor :
1st ID = 1, 2nd ID = 1
2nd Monitor :
1st ID = 2, 2nd ID = 1
3rd Monitor :
1st ID = 3, 2nd ID = 1
Example: ID settings for 3 flats with 1 slave monitor for last monitor:
1st Monitor :
1st ID = 1, 2nd ID = 1
2nd Monitor :
1st ID = 2, 2nd ID = 1
3rd Monitor / Master :
1st ID = 3, 2nd ID = 1
3rd Monitor slave :
1st ID = 3, 2nd ID = 2
Using other functions:
All keypad instarctions are defined below table-5.5 and available only when CENTRAL UNIT is in NORMAL MODE.
Conencting the monitor to external line:
There is no need for V1 and V2 lines when NVM550MB/MC monitors are connected to external line.
CENTRAL UNIT must be in NORMAL MODE when while setting the IDs. Only the 1st ID is defined and it must not be higher than 65.
ID Setting of NVM-550MB/MC which is dip switched from back connection is done from 8 pin dip switch by Table-5.1
Assigning a “monitor” as a “doorkeeper monitor”:
NVM-550MB/MC monitors can also be used as “doorkeeper monitor” by entering
