Block-Flat numbers:
Total numbers of flats and blocks are saved in this menu. These data must be correctly entered here to
use index menu correctly. Block numbers must be entered starting from 1. Enter to SETTINGS
(screen-
9.6) by choosing it from MENU screen (screen-9.5) . Choose BLOCK-FLAT and enter to menu (screen-
9.13) . Choose desired value to be changed by UP/DOWN button and press ‘ # ‘ to select. Enter new value
(screen-9.14 and 9.15) and pres ‘ # ‘ to save it. Block numbers must be in range 1...63 and flat numbers
must be in range 1....250. In order to delete a block just enter “0” as a flat number of that block.

ID defination:
Enter to SETTINGS (screen-9.6) by choosing it from MENU screen (screen-9.5) . Choose PHONE ID and
enter to menu (screen-9.7) . If there is previous ID, you will see next to cursor. Enter new ID and pres
‘ # ‘ to save it. Screen-9.8 will be displayed if ID is correct. Screen-9.9 will be displayed if ID is wrong and
Security phone keeps previous ID value.
Security phone ID defination is made when Central Unit is in Normal mode. ID value must be bigger than 65.
Date/Time settings:
Enter to SETTINGS (screen-9.6) by choosing it from MENU screen (screen-9.5) . Choose DATE-TIME and
enter to menu (screen-9.10) . Choose desired value to be changed by UP/DOWN button and press ‘ # ‘
to select. Enter new value (screen-9.11) and press ‘ # ‘ to switch to next screen (screen-9.12) . Old value
will be kept if new data is wrong.
Add/delete contact in Index:
Enter to RECORD
(screen-9.16) by choosing it from MENU screen (screen-9.4) . Choose desired block
number to add a contact and press ‘ # ‘ to select (screen-9.17) . Block number will be displayed right-up
corner which is editing. You can add or delete a contact by choosing NEW CONTACT or DELETE CONTACT
items. In ordeer to edit a contact Choose NEW CONTACT option. NEW CONTACT menu will be displayed
(secreen-9.18) when it is selected (secreen-9.17 ). Press ‘ # ‘ after entering flat number and name. You
will see CONTACT CONFIRMED message if contact is correctly entered (secreen-9.19) .
If you choose DELETE CONTACT option you will see DELETE CONTACT menu and contact can be deleted
just choosing flat number.

Read or delete messages:
Messages send from system and shows system status. Enter to MESSAGES (screen-9.20) by choosing
it from MENU screen (screen-9.4) . Message number and total messages will be displayed right-up corner
which is editing. ‘ # ‘ key can be used to delete a message or you can browse the other messages by
UP/DOWN buttons.
