Installing the microphone

Prepare the microphone by inserting the
microphone clamp, being careful to
position it properly (Fig. 9)
Note: the flat part of the clamp must be
facing upward when the microphone
is positioned as shown in figure 10.
Position the microphone in its support
as shown in figure 11, being careful that
the fluorescent clamp is facing toward
the inside of the helmet.
Insert screw and washer in the
microphone clamp; use the key to screw
in the microphone securing screw to
the shell frame.
