31. Warranty Card

32. Terms of warranty
32.1. The Manufacturer grants the Purchaser a warranty for the purchase, for a period of 24 months from the date of
purchase.
32.2. Disadvantages revealed during this period will be removed free of charge.
32.3. The Purchaser of the rehab buggy should deliver the rehab buggy to the Seller or to the Manufacturer in its
original packaging, together with the components of the rehab buggy secured from damage.
32.4. Damages caused by insufficient security of the delivery of the rehab buggy and its components are not subject to
warranty repairs.
32.5. The person returning the product cannot claim gratification if they wrongly mark or improperly secure the rehab
buggy and its components.
32.6. The cost of shipping the returned rehab buggy to the Seller or to the Manufacturer shall be borne by the
Purchaser returning the rehab buggy.
32.7. The warranty period is extended by the repair time of the rehab buggy.
32.8. The actions provided in the manual, which the user is obliged to perform on their own and at their own expense,
cannot be performed under the warranty repair.
32.9. The Purchasers are entitled to exchange the advertised rehab buggy for a new rehab buggy if there are still the
same faults or defects that have been removed twice and which prevent the rehab buggy from being used.
32.10. The rehab buggy should be operated in accordance with these operating instructions.
32.11. Misuse of the rehab buggy, incompatible with this manual or incompatible with normal operation, will void the
warranty.
32.12. Making any structural changes to the rehab buggy will void the warranty.
32.13. Damage caused by improper operation, improper maintenance, improper storage of the rehab buggy,
mechanical damage and natural wear and tear (e.g. upholstery, wheels) are not covered by the warranty. They are
repaired at the expense of the user.
32.14. The Manufacturer warns against performing warranty repairs in unauthorized service centers. Repairs or
unauthorized alterations of the rehab buggy will void the warranty.
32.15The warranty card is valid provided that it has: the date of sale confirmed by the Seller's stamp, Seller's
signature, type and serial number of the rehab buggy.
32.16. The warranty card is valid only if it contains no errors or corrections.
32.17. The rehab buggy Manufacturer carries out its paid post-warranty service.
32.18. In cases not covered by this warranty card, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
32.19. Please contact the Seller or the Manufacturer directly for any issues related to warranty and reclamation of the
rehab buggy.
