Untitled by default. You need to save the document to give the document a name and
to store any work you do for future retrieval.
To save the new document:
1. From the File menu, click Save.
Since the document has not yet been defined, the Save As a New Document window
displays, as shown in the Writer section.
2. For the example used in this guide, type the following:
My spreadsheet
3. Click Save.
The Spreadsheet window displays with the document name in the Title bar.
To close Spreadsheet:
1. From the Title bar, click Done.
The Done window displays, as shown in the Writer section.
If you did not save the document, the Save it so I can use it again later button is
available. Click the button to save the document before closing the program. If you do
not save the document any changes you made since the document was last saved are
deleted.
If you want to print the document before closing the program, click the Print my
document button.
If you decide that you do not want to close the program at this time and return to the
document to continue working on it, click the Go back to my document button.
2. Click Close the document and exit Spreadsheet button.
