Machinetest zonder lading:
• Schakel de machine in.
• Druk op de “UP” knop en let op de synchronisatie en de kalmte van het heffen.
• Controleer of de hoogste limiet van de platformen correct is.
• Druk op de “LOCK” knop en controleer of de veiligheidspal zich in de correcte positie bevindt en of er geen lek in het olie-
en gascircuit is.
AANDACHT!
Bij het testen van de hefbrug, zijn personen of andere zaken niet toegestaan bij de twee zijkanten
en onder de machine. Stop de machine tijdig, als iets abnormaals ontdekt wordt. Doe de test
opnieuw na het verwijderen van de obstakels.
Machinetest met lading:
• Rij het voertuig, met een gewicht dat het maximum toegestane gewicht niet overschrijdt, op het platform, daarna moet de
bestuurder het voertuig verlaten.
• Druk op de “UP” knop om het platform te heffen en let op de synchronisatie en de kalmte van het heffen.
• Check of het rooster en de hydraulische pomp normaal werken.
• Controleer of de hoogste limiet van de platformen correct is.
• Druk op de “LOCK” knop en controleer of de veiligheidspal zich in de correcte positie bevindt en of er geen lek in het olie-
en gascircuit is.
AANDACHT!
Bij de machinetest met lading, zijn personen of andere zaken niet toegestaan bij de twee
zijkanten en onder de machine.
Test met een voertuig dat het maximum hefgewicht niet overschrijdt.
Controleer of er een lek is in het olie- en gascircuit. Stop de machine tijdig, als iets abnormaals
ontdekt wordt. Doe de test opnieuw na het verwijderen van de obstakels.
7 Bediening
AANDACHT!
Enkel bekwaam en geoefend personeel mag de bediening uitvoeren. Volg de volgende
procedures.
Vóór de bediening:
• Verwijder de obstakels rond de hefbrug vóór de bediening.
• Let op de synchronisatie en de kalmte van het heffen.
• Controleer of de veiligheidsklem soepel en betrouwbaar is.
• Controleer of de hefbrug automatisch zal stoppen bij het bereiken van z’n hoogste positie.
• Controleer of er geen luchtlek is in de solenoïdeklep, in de luchtcilinder, in de luchtpijp en in de verbinding.
• Controleer of het geluid van de motor en de tandradpomp in werking normaal is.
• Controleer of het te heffen voertuig of andere goederen de capaciteit van de hefbrug niet overschrijden.

No load of main machine test:
-Turn on the power QS.
-
Press “UP” button SB1, pay attention to the synchronization and placidity of the lifting.
-Check whether heightest limit of platforms is correct and reliable.

Press “LOCK” button SB3,check whether safety pawl is correctly located,
the oil line and the gas line are
leakage.
When testing the lift, no person or other things are allowed to stand or be put near the two sides
and beneath the machine. If any abnormal is found, stop it timely. After clearing obstacles, do the
test again
.
Load of main machine test
-
Drive the vehicle whose weight doesn‟t exceed maximum lift weight to the platform, and then the
driver
leave it.

Press “UP” button SB1, lift the platform and pay attention to the synchronization and placidity of the
lifting.
-Check whether rack and hydraulic pump work normally .
-Check whether heightest limit of platforms is correct and reliable.

Press “LOCK” button SB3,check whether safety pawl is correctly located,the oil line and the gas line are
leakage.
When beginning load of machine test, no person or other things are allowed to stand or be put
near the two sides and beneath the machine.
Te
