• In Zone B (manual solvent-washing) - the wash cycle is enabled by a small venturi pump (fig.1, 8) sucks dirty solvent,
while the nebulizer (fig.1, 22) and a small venturi pump (fig.1, 21) suck the clean solvent. The spray gun washer is fitted
with hoses to take in and out the different liquids from the bins positioned at the base of the machine. Solvent fumes and
vapours sprayed into the air inside the machine are automatically conveyed and sucked each time the operator opens the
upper door (fig. 1, 11) and exhausted given the venturi effect generated by the nozzle (fig.1, 15) inside the pipe (fig.1,
16). Before this exhausting pipe, an active carbon depurator (on request) can be applied to eliminate polluting gaseous
particles.
From the upper front control panel the operator can:
• Control the pump (fig. 1, 32) for solvent (fig.1, W17)
• Control the clean water nebulizer (fig.1, W18).
• Adjust the air flow to mix water with the coagulating powder (fig.1, W1).
• Control the clean water connected to the water mains of the company (fig.1, W18C).
• Control the small Venturi pump of the dirty solvent (fig.1, 17).
• Control the clean solvent nebulizer (fig.1, W18).
• Control the small Venturi pump of the clean solvent (fig.1, 19).
