4.7 Head Adjustment

VJ628XE-M-00

Loosen the screws (4 pieces) retaining Head 
base.

A : Pan-head screw with spring washer and 

flat washer M3

B : Head base
C : Head mounting plate

Shift Notch to adjust the head.

NOTE

• 1 notch is counted as it clicks. The print position moves upward/downward by 

half a dot per 1 notch.

A nozzle (Black) lines will be 
shifted upward.

A nozzle (Black) lines will be 
shifted downward.

Tighten the loosened screws (4 pieces) in step 
6.

Print check pattern again to check head slant 
(horizontal height) is appropriate.

When head slant is not correct, repeat step 5 
to step 9.

To reassemble unit, reverse the removal
