4.7.3 Pressure relay and pressure icon operation.
The pressure relay contact is closed when there is no
auxiliary power supplied to the unit. When auxiliary power
is applied to the unit, the relay contact stays closed until the
pressure reaches the preprogrammed set point plus a 5%
hysteresis margin. When this point is reached the relay
contact opens and remains open, until the pressure drops
below the set point.
When the unit is first switched on the pressure icon flashes
until the pressure rises above the preset limit. i.e. The
pressure icon flashes when the relay contact is closed and
stops flashing when the relay contact opens.
The pressure relay has a 5 second time delay on relay
closing on under pressure condition
4.7.4 Temperature relay and temperature icon operation.
The temperature relay contact is open when no auxiliary
power is applied. When auxiliary power is applied the
contact stays open until the temperature rises above the
preprogrammed set point. Once the temperature rises above
the set point the relay contact closes, until the temperature
falls below the set point minus a 5% hysteresis margin.
The temperature icon flashes when the relay contact is
closed and stops flashing when the relay contact is open.
The temperature relay has a 5 second time delay on relay
contact closing on over temperature condition.
