Bottom Seats Removal
Three lower seats in the Mudd-Ox are held in by industrial Velcro. To remove
these seats, simply pull up until the Velcro has separated, and remove them from
the vehicle.
Engine Cover Removal
Before removing the engine cover, you must remove the two bottom seats locat-
ed at the rear of the Mudd-Ox. Next, locate the two latches on top of the engine
cover and remove them. Carefully lift the engine cover out of its track and pull
straight back.
Rear Seat Back Removal
If a rear seat back is installed, simply flip the lower seat cushion forward. Then,
remove the two clips holding the rear seat frame into the gas tank, and simply
pull the seat frame up.
Front Seat Back Removal
Removing the operator seat back will provide access for maintenance on the
Mudd-Ox. Located inside the engine compartment, directly behind the seat, are
wing nuts. Remove these carefully along with the metal support bar, and be sure
to not drop them inside the vehicle. Lastly, pull the seat away from the body.
