6.10.1 Mixture coolant level – Check

Preconditions

MTU Fluids and Lubricants Specifications (A001061/..) are available.

WARNING

Coolant is hot and under pressure.

Risk of injury and scalding!

• Let the engine cool down.
• Wear protective clothing, gloves, and goggles / safety mask.

Mixture coolant level – Check

Read off system filling pressure, fuel-optimized (→ Page 25) or emissions-optimized (→ Page 29) at pres-
sure gauge.

Top up with treated coolant as necessary (→ Page 187).
