The second setpoint is higher than the first setpoint in summer and lower in winter:

in summer: T2 >= T

in winter: T2 <= T

Switching sequence from normal setpoint to second setpoint:
1. working setpoint change

in summer:
3-way valve only switches when the second setpoint – 5°C has been reached
in winter:
3-way valve only switches when the second se 5°C has been reached
(switching always takes place 5 min after the setpoint change)
Switching sequence from second setpoint to normal setpoint:
1. 3-way valve switches
2. working setpoint changes after a parameter-controlled time equal to opening of the three-way valve (default b04=30s from
maintenance menu)

In these diagrams, the domestic hot water tank, system, floor side or fancoil side is the line to which the valve must switch when the relative
connection receives power.
