2.8.3 Change Use Service Information Mode
The procedure required to change the service information mode
to on or off is contained in
Figure 2-12 . When set to On , the
decoder automatically decodes a single service being
transmitted or defaults to the first service in a multi-service
stream. When set to
Off , you can enter the PID information of
the desired service within a multi-service stream.

2.8.4 Review or Change PIDs
The steps required to view or change audio and video PIDs are
contained in
Figure 2-13 on page 2-13 . Please note that PIDs
can only be changed if the Use SI Service Information option is
set to Off .
