Making
and
Receiving
Calls
For an incoming call, you can open the phone to take it just by one-touch.
P
If a call comes in while “Answer” is set and the mova is closed, the following functions cannot be used: Answer Hold,
Reject Calls during ringing, Voice Mail Transfer and Call Forwarding.

“Answer”
Open the mova to start talking while ringing.

If you select “Keep ringing”, talking does not start even if you open the mova while ringing.
P
Press to return to the Standby display.
If you close the mova during a call, you can end the call or put the call on hold. You can also set
the mova to keep the call even when you close the mova.

“Hold”
You can put the call on hold by closing the mova.
The call is resumed when the mova is opened.
P
If you select “End a call” and close the mova, the call is disconnected.

If you select “Keep calling”, the call is not disconnected even if you close the mova.

Press to return to the Standby display.
P
If you have set to “End a call”, Short-mail messages are not sent when you close the mova before the “In use”
display appears. After the “In use” display appears, messages are sent even if you close the mova.
P
The Close Phone setting is disabled in the following cases:
While ringing/while dialing/while Record Message works/during answer hold/during Three-Way Calling
P
If you close the mova while connected to i-mode, the connection is retained regardless of this setting.
