When making one-touch calls

If you put the mova in a bag, with the Earphone/Microphone connected, accidental pressing of the switch could

make a call. Disconnect it when not in use.

Calls cannot be made when the Phonebook Lock or Self Mode is activated.

Calls can be received by switch but cannot be made when Keypad Lock is activated.

A call may be made automatically when the Earphone/Microphone without a switch is connected, and then

disconnected from the phone just after the connection.

When taking calls by one-touch

By the Earphone Switch function (P.94), you can set the ring tone to sound from only the earphone.

However, after about 20 seconds, it will sound from the mova’s speaker as well.

Even though the Ring Volume is set to “Erase”, the earphone rings at “Level 1”.

If you try to connect the Earphone/Microphone Set during ringing, the call may be answered when the

Earphone/Microphone Set is connected, even though the switch is not pressed.

During Call Swap, you can press and hold the switch for at least one second instead of

to swap callers.

However, during a normal call, pressing and holding the switch for at least one second ends the call.

Avoid pressing the switch repeatedly so as not to make or answer calls by mistake.

Do not wind the cord around the mova or antenna. This may degrade the antenna performance.

If the cord is too close to the antenna, noise might occur.

If the plug is not completely inserted, the mova beeps during calls but this is not a malfunction.

The moment the power turns on, a sound may be heard. This is not a malfunction.

Insert the plug completely. If it is not plugged in completely, conversation might be inaudible.
