BEFORE FIRST USE
• Clean the accessories (blade cartridges, lid, pusher, and removable protector tray) with warm water and washing
up liquid. Rinse and dry them carefully.
WARNING: The blade cartridges are extremely sharp, handle them with care and always hold by the plastic
part. (Fig. 1)
USE
Place the removable protector tray (transparent piece) on top of the appliance
(Fig. 2)
. The protector tray will
keep the appliance from becoming dirty and will allow for easier cleaning.
WARNING: the appliance cannot be operated without the protector tray (B ) in place.
• Select the blade cartridge that corresponds to the desired use. The appliance will automatically set the speed
appropriate for the selected blade cartridge.
-For Thin slicing, Fine Grating and Coarse Grating blade cartridges
(E1, E2, E3)
, place the blade
cartridge on the removable protection tray by placing the blade cartridge stem towards the back
of the appliance

-For the Cube cartridge and Stick/Fries blade cartridge
(E4, E5)
, positon the cartridge with the
stem towards the back of the appliance
(Fig. 3.b)

• Place the lid on the whole appliance and lock it by sliding the lid as shown in (Fig. 4).
WARNING: If the lid is not locked properly, the appliance will not operate.
• Plug in the appliance and place a container under the exit spout
(Fig. 5)
.
• Firmly press the Start/Stop button
(Fig. 5)
.
• Prepare the food ingredients and cut them to fit the feed tube. Insert the food into the feed tube
(Fig. 5)
and push them down with the pusher
(Fig. 6)
.
• To change the blade cartridge, unlock the lid by sliding it towards the motor unit and remove the blade
cartridge
(Fig. 7)
. It is best to clean the appliance in between each use.
• Your appliance is equipped with a Start/Stop button (C1). For continuous functioning, keep the button
pressed.
