Service Information
If you have a problem with your equipment, contact the “Zebra Global Interactive Center,” for your region. Go to
. If you purchased your Zebra product from a Zebra Business Partner, contact that
Business Partner for service.
Before contacting, have the model number and serial number at hand. If your problem cannot be solved by the
Zebra Global Interactive Center, you may need to return your equipment for servicing and you will be given
specific directions.
Zebra is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment if the approved shipping container is not
used. Shipping the units improperly can possibly void the warranty.
Disposal
The component of the mobile computer contains metal, plastic parts and electronic components.
The statutory requirements for electrical scrap must be observed therefore (e.g. disposal by an approved
disposal company).
