Not enough memory to
perform operation. The
EWP requires to delete
memory.

To view the remaining space in the EWP memory.

Press:

Start > System tools > Memory Manager

. Press:

Menu > Clear

Temporary files

to free some memory. You can also clear all your

history files if you press

Menu > Clear Memory.

If you want to clear the memory selectively, use ActiveSync to view
the memory content of the EWP on your desktop computer.

Caution: the Clear Memory option deletes all your, Call History, Voice notes and
Messages.

The battery operation
time is shorter than
expected

• The battery operation time depends on the way you use the EWP.The

operation time may reduce if the talk time is increased.

• Batteries are subject to degradation and the standby time may become

shorter as time passes. If standby time becomes shorter, replace your
battery with a new charged battery.

The battery does not
charge

• Make sure that your charger is plugged to an active power outlet.
