Review the following problems and descriptions to assist in troubleshooting your EWP.

Problem 

Possible Cause and Solution

EWP does not turn on.

• Battery not charged. Charge or replace the battery in the EWP.

• Battery not installed properly. Remove the battery and then place it back 

again. Press 

O 

to turn on the EWP. 

• Replace the EWP.

Battery is not charging.

• Battery failed. Replace battery and power on the EWP.

No sound.

• Volume setting is low or turned off. Adjust the volume (see “volume control” 

on page 30).
