5.0 Maintenance
The switch box is maintenance-free. Only a soft, damp cloth should be used to clean the device.
The switch box cannot withstand cleaning using high pressure or steam jet devices.
Failure to comply with these safety regulations and installation instructions will render all
warranty claims null and void.
Motec products are designed to function without any problems and with minimum maintenance
over a long period of time. You can extend the service life of the device by regularly cleaning it
and generally treating it in an appropriate fashion.
Do not remove the labels which identify the product. In some cases legal provisions apply. In
any case the information identifying the product with a precise designation and serial number is
relevant for tracking products and in the event of claims under the warranty.
