Checking Lubricating Unit Operation

Check whether the cause of the abnormal pressure in the
lubricating unit is in the lubricating unit or piping by checking
the lubricating unit operation.

<Procedure>
1)

1)
Remove the line filter discharge piping.
2)
ڋɔಃȺʳɮʽʟɭʵʉɁվҋՠɥᩐȫɞǿ
2)
Place a plug over the line filter discharge outlet.

1. If the pressure gage stylus reaches the green mark on the line
filter meter, the lubricating unit is normal. If not, the cause of
the alarm is a lubricating unit malfunction.

Lubricating Unit Air Removal

<Procedure: After Disassembling/Cleaning Lubricating
Unit Relief Valve>
1)
ጸɒȹȲʴʴ˂ʟʚʵʠɥʧʽʡȾɝ͇Ȥɞǿ

Mount the reassembled relief valve on the pump.
2)
ʳɮʽʟɭʵʉɁվҋᥓከɥ۶Ȭǿ

Remove the line filter discharge piping.

ɿɹʁʱʽʟɭʵʉȟʉʽɹюɁ༁໙บȾɞৰȾȬ

Soak the suction filter in lubricant in the tank.

manual operation screen. The lubricating pump will bleed
air from the piping.

After air removal is completed, insert a plug into the pump
discharge outlet.

ȻȪȹᐎțɜɟɞȻȠɂǾʴʴ˂ʟʚʵʠɁґᜓᴬ๎ɥᚐ
ȗɑȬǿ
If a lubricating unit abnormal pressure is caused by a relief
valve malfunction, disassemble and clean the relief valve
according to the following procedure.
