Operating the Digifold
SET BY POSITION
IMPORTANT NOTES.
1. If the fold is too near, or on the center line of the crease; the fold will try to fold
diagonally across the crease profile and pull the fold out of square to the paper.
The best fold squareness is achieved when the fold is
on the center line of the
crease, it should be to one side of the crease center line as shown below.
Thus for a crease setting of Cr1 = 100 for example, the fold should be set to a figure
slightly smaller or greater than 100.
2. When using
all dimensions are from the leading edge of the paper
as shown in the example on page 16.

Turn the Emergency Stop button clockwise to switch the power on, and select the
main display screen.
2.
Set the Set Up switch to its Mid-position.
3.
Turn the Setting Dial clockwise until display reads ‘SEt FoLd’ or ‘SEt Pos’, flick the
Set Up switch upwards to change from one to the other. (select ‘SEt Pos’)
4.
Turn the Setting Dial anti-clockwise until the display reads ‘CrEES’ or ‘FoLd’, flick the
Set Up switch upwards to select ‘on’ or ‘oF’ for each as required.
5.
Turn the Setting Dial anti-clockwise until the main display screen is displayed and
switch down the Set-up switch
