Run the job by switching the System and Compressor switches on, then
switch the Feed switch on.

View the results, the ‘micro adjust’ function can be used to adjust positions.

To ‘micro adjust’ the crease position, turn the Setting Dial clockwise until Cr1 is
displayed. This will be the calculated length of the crease position.

Press and hold PB1 and the display shows 0.0

To ‘micro adjust’, hold down PB1 and turn the Setting Dial to adjust in either direction
ie +3.1mm to -3.1mm Max.

Release PB1.

To ‘micro adjust’ the fold position, turn the Setting Dial clockwise until F1 is displayed.
This will be the calculated length of the fold position.

Press and hold PB1 and the display shows 0.0

To adjust hold down PB1 and turn the Setting Dial to adjust in either direction
ie +3.1mm to -3.1mm Max.

Release PB1.

NOTES:-
If a crease position is ‘micro adjusted’, the fold will move with it.

If a fold position is ‘micro adjusted’, then only the fold will move.

‘Micro adjust’ a fold only if the fold appears to be giving an out of square result
or cracking appears.
The fold is probably too close to the center of the crease and will be trying to
fold from one side of the crease to the opposite side of the crease (see page 14
for explanation).
