– Before any work, de-pressurise the
device and secure it to prevent it from
being switched back on.
7.2 Maintenance schedule
The device is largely maintenance-free. No main-
tenance work can be performed on interior compo-
nents.
The following cleaning and inspection intervals
may need to be adapted to the actual operating
conditions. In case of questions about mainte-
nance work and intervals, contact the manufac-
turer, see
Chapter 1.5 “Customer service”

Have the following work performed daily:

Clean the device.
n
Check the media line.
n
Measure the leakage amount.
For Rotokombi (option), always adhere to
the operating instructions for the additional
components.
7.3 Maintenance work
7.3.1 Cleaning the device
NOTICE!
Risk of material damage from improper
cleaning!
The use of non-approved cleaning agents
or cleaning methods can cause damage to
the device.
– Never clean the device with com-
pressed air, steam or water jet devices.
– Do not use petroleum, benzene, tur-
pentine, acetone, cleaners with solvent
content or sharp-edged objects, such
as wire brushes or sand paper, for
cleaning.

Clean, dry and lint-free cloth

Switch off all mechanical movements, elec-
trical lines and media supply lines and
secure them to prevent them from being
switched back on.

Clean the exterior of the housing with a
clean, dry and lint-free cloth.
