This error indicates that the MBOX could not resolve the host name
mbox2.trusonic.com
.
The DNS lookup of the hostname
mbox2.trusonic.com
does not return an IP address.
Possible causes and solutions:
1. If the MBOX is on a telephone line, the client also has a
network cable plugged in.
•
Unplug the network cable and try again. In a dialup
situation, the MBOX uses the IP address 206.173.28.10
for DNS resolution.
2. If the MBOX is on a network:
a.
Check the DNS IP address on the MBOX and using
another computer do a hostname lookup using that
DNS IP address.
For example in a DOS window

nslookup mbox2.trusonic.com
192.168.1.1
”, where 192.168.1.1 is the IP address
of the DNS server. The results should look like this:
Server: hostname.clientsdomain.com
Address: 192.168.1.1
Name: mbox2.trusonic.com
Addresses: 206.173.28.19
b.
Execute a DNS lookup of mbox2.trusonic.com using
Mood Media’s primary name server.
For example

nslookup mbox2.trusonic.com

”, which should return

Name: mbox2.trusonic.com
Addresses: 206.173.28.19
c. Check the HTTP proxy settings for the proxy IP
address, port, username and password. If the unit is
not behind a proxy.
