7.3 Transport
The Docon 7 may only be transported as per the transport conditions (see technical data
on
). A transport case is available as an accessory for mobile use and day-to-day
transport. Inside this case, the Docon 7 is protected from external damage (see
page 25
If the Docon 7 is sent to the service team, it must be packed in its original packaging as this
provides the best possible protection from external damage.
Please note that the Docon 7 is an electromechanical device. It must not be
thrown. If condensation forms after the device is transported in the cold and
set in a warm room, the Docon 7 must not be switched on until the condensa-
tion water has evaporated. Please note in particular any water on the battery
contacts and the sealing handle. The warm-up and cool-down phases relate
to a room temperature of 20°C.

7.4 Battery care when storing the Docon 7
If the device is stored or not used for a period of 2 months, the battery should
be charged to 65% at the time of storage. The state of charge can be read off
the display when the Docon 7 is switched on.
After not being used for 2 months, the battery must be recharged to 65%. The
