Module Identification

provides information on the module, you will be able there to retrieved S/N

of the module and module MAC address. Software Version displayed in this area provides a
product version, more detailed version of the different elements that compose the module could
be found in “Action\Additional Tools\Information…” (See Additional Information section)

Major/Minor Fault

-

No fault: No problem has been detected.

-

Recoverable Fault: A fault has been detected like but not limited to:

o

Rotary switch position modified,

o

Memory key removed,

o

Safety problems on one input or output (short circuit…).

Additional information on the problem could be found in

Additional Information

. You need

correct the problem then restart the module to remove the fault.

Not Recoverable Fault: A hardware major problem has been detected. You should not use any
more the module, contact Molex technical support team.

State

: This value helps to known the state of the module and define the operations to do:

-

Waiting for TUNID: No TUNID is set in the module; Set one before to be able to do any
other operation.

-

Configuring: Module have a TUNID but no configuration, download a configuration.

-

Idle (Configured): Module is configured and ready to execute but there is no EtherNet/IP
scanner connected.

-

Executing: Module is configured and a EtherNet/IP scanner is connected.

-

Abort: Module has been triggered in safety state (see Major/Minor Fault below).

IP/SNN

: This is the current TUNID affected to the module.

Lock State

: Indicate if the module has been locked meaning that the module is considered as

configured and tested.

“Output owner”

: Indicate if an EtherNet/IP scanner owns the safety output assembly of the

module.

The first EtherNet/IP scanner that connects the output assembly will own it and only this
EtherNet/IP scanner will be later authorized to connect this output assembly.

If you would like to allow another EtherNet/IP scanner to connect the output assembly, it is
necessary to perform a safety reset and reconfigure the module.

This list show the two assembly formats:

20 04 25 33 02: Assembly 0x0233 - Safety Discrete Output Profile
