5.  The heater plates are supplied with the power wires connected. Place a 

zone number on each wire and thermocouple.

6.  Tape wires for each zone together.
7.  Install the wires into wire channels and secure with wire retainers.
8.  Feed the wires back through the wire channel in the mold base to the 

electrical box.

NOTE

It is recommended that the heater plate wires be isolated and grouped 

so that they do not have to be disconnected if the manifold needs to be 

dismantled for repair.
