b) Setting of servo rotating direction (REV)
Depending on the servo installation position and the installation of the linkage in the model, it may be necessary to
change the rotary direction of one servo and therefore the functional direction of the corresponding controls on the
remote control. When you turn the steering wheel on the transmitter (see illustration 01, pos. 2) to the left, but the
vehicle steers to the right, you must activate the Reverse function for channel 1.
For this purpose, proceed as follows:
Switch on the transmitter. On the transmitter’s LC display the operating display
will appear. Now press the "SEL" menu button (see illustration 2, pos. 5) once.
On the left edge of the display "REV" (= "reverse") appears and on the top right
channel 1 (CH 1) for the steering is shown. Depending on its programming, the
display may now show "OFF" for the normal running direction or "REV“ for the
reversed running direction.
Using the two setting buttons plus "+" and minus "-" (see illustration 01, no. 8),
you can now select the desired direction for the steering servo.
With the channel shift key "CH" (see illustration 1, pos. 6) you can change to
channel 2 (drive function) and also set the correct driving direction for the throttle
servo or the correct contact of an electronic drive control.
When pressing the channel shift key "CH" (see ill. 1, pos. 6), you switch to channel
3 (additional function) and can set the right direction for the additional servo if
required.
The last set value is saved automatically.
If you do not press a button for more than one minute, the display returns to the
operating mode display.
