The graphic interface offers various elements for navigating through the menu structure:

Sub-menu

Open the associated sub-menu.

Open Test Definition

Select and open a test definition record.

Return icon

When editing test definitions and users, tapping the button 
will save the edited test definition or user when confirmed.
