MK-377EXP SAW TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLESHOOTING
Blade will not cut properly.
(A)
Check for Smoothness or
"Glazing" (Dress blade if needed).
(B)
Check for proper rotation.
(C)
Ensure the Blade Core is not
bent and Arbor is not out of
round.
(D)
Verify the blade is correct for the
material being used.
COOLING FLOW
(A)
Check that the Cooling Flow
Adjusting Valve is FULL open.
(B)
Remove the Cooling Transfer
Tube from the Blade Guard
inlet and clean.
(C)
Check the cooling flow Adjusting
Clamp is open.
