MK-377EXP SAW MAINTENANCE
MOTOR BRUSH CHANGE-OUT
Disconnect the tool before servicing and when changing accessories, such as
blades and bits.
Replacement Brush Set Part # 151774.
WARNING
(A)
Locate and loosen one Motor
Brush Housing Cover using a flat
head screwdriver.
(B)
Remove the Motor Brush
Housing Cover.
(C)
Remove the old Motor Brush.
(D)
Clean the Motor Brush Housing
using a Q-tip.
(E)
Align and install the new Motor
Brush.
(F)
Install Motor Brush Cap and
tighten using a flat head
screwdriver.
(G)
Install the second Motor Brush
(Repeat Steps C to F).
