Lubricate the Guide Bar.
CAUTION
LOCKOUT
The MK-377EXP is equipped with a lockout device that can be used during maintenance
and troubleshooting to render the saw in operable. The lockout can also be used to prevent
unauthorized use.
(A)
Locate the Lockout Pin in the center of
the ON/OFF Switch toggle (the Lockout
Pin has "Remove To Lock" highlighted).
(B)
Lockout the Saw by removing
the Lockout Pin.

Monthly Maintenance
The following maintenance should be performed monthly.

Clean the Motor Shaft.

Remove and clean the Inner and Outer
Flanges and the Blade Retaining Nut.

Lubricate the Motor Shaft.

NOTICE
To extend the life of the MK-377EXP, lubricate the Motor Shaft with light oils
such as, MK Linear Guide Bar Lubricant, 3-IN-ONE oil, or other multipurpose
spray lubricant.
To extend the life of the MK-377EXP, the following procedure should be
performed after each use. Lubricate all points listed below with light oils such
as, MK Linear Guide Bar Lubricant, 3-IN-ONE oil, or other multipurpose spray
lubricant.
