AUTOMATIC FLUID REFILL KIT
Included in the pump kit are components designed
to automatically maintain a constant level of new
luid in the master cylinder or hydraulic clutch
reservoir while vacuum bleeding. The components
include two cap adapters that it most pint and
quart brake luid bottles (1-1/4” side mouth), and
three master cylinder/reservoir reill plates.
SERVICE PROCEDURES
1) Evacuate as much old luid as possible from the
master cylinder or clutch reservoir.
) Replace the lid on a pint or quart size bottle of
new brake luid with the appropriate cap adapter.
3) Select the appropriate reill plate and place it on
top of the master cylinder or clutch reservoir.
4) Invert the bottle of luid with the feeder adapter
attached, and insert the feeder adapter into the
hole in the master cylinder plate. Push down on the
bottle until the feeder adapter snaps into the reill
plate.
5) Bleed the hydraulic brake or clutch system.
NOTE: Take care when inserting and removing the
brake luid bottle to avoid spillage.
