SERVICE POINTS OF REMOVAL

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refer to GROUP 

INSPECTION

 

 

 

 

 

 Take out the headlight relay, taillight relay or 

 relay

from the engine compartment relay box.

 Connect battery to terminal 2 and check continuity between

terminals with terminal 4 grounded.

Power is supplied

 Remove the cowl side trim (left side).

Refer to GROUP 

(2) House the headlights.
(3) Remove the 

 link No. 4.

(Refer to 

.

(4) Remove the boot on the rear area of the pop-up motor, and

turn the manual knob of the pop-up motor approx. 10 turns

clockwise.
(The same procedure is applicable for the left and right sides.)

(5) Keeping the passing control relay mounted on the body side,

operate the pop-up switch to check the voltage of each
terminal.
