Setting in the local station
Connect the engineering tool to the Safety CPU of the local station and set parameters.
1.
Set the Safety CPU and add the module label. Also, add the safety program and safety global label. The setting method
is the same as that of the master station. (

Set the safety function module. Follow the same procedure as that for the master station. (

In the I/O assignment setting, set the master/local module for slot No.1.

Add the module labels of the safety function module and master/local module. The addition method of the module label
is the same as that of the master station. (
